In Advanced Hight Art and Design my theme is the zoo as the aim is to create a childrens playground set in the zoo. As part of the research for this I drew pictures of animals to get an idea of the shapes which could be used to develop in order to make the playground relevent. The elephant was done in biro with watercolour on top. This mixed medium helped me to branch out and experiment with other types of medium. Both the orangatange and dear was done in colourd pencils where as the parrote was created by layering up colours by printing.
